01 · The problem
Eight tools for a single sale
Every client request went through eight tools: Gmail, the calendar, Word, spreadsheets, the production software, accounting, WhatsApp and presentations.
The result: about 14 clicks and 4 screens per sale, statuses kept by hand and no automatic follow-up. A team of two, working with staff and freelancers, and every piece of information re-entered from one screen to the next.
02 · What we're building
One record per event, from request to quote
We're building a single platform where every event has its own record, from request to quote. Emails are picked up automatically, AI prepares a first quote from the catalogue, and the team reviews it before anything is sent.
- 01
One record per event
The request, the exchanges, the quote and the follow-up in one place.
- 02
Emails picked up automatically
Requests land in the record, with no re-entry.
- 03
A first quote prepared by AI
From the team's catalogue. A person reviews it before it goes out.
- 04
Follow-ups and calendar
Automatic follow-ups and calendar sync.
03 · The rollout
Three phases: sales, production, then advanced automations
The rollout runs in three phases, in this order.
- 1Sales, from request to quote.
- 2Production.
- 3Advanced automations.
04 · The goal
Triple the capacity to handle requests, without growing the team
The goal is for the team to handle three times as many requests with the same people. The project is still being rolled out: this page will be updated with measured results.
