Automate financial reporting: up-to-date figures, without Monday mornings in Excel.
We consolidate your exports, format them, and deliver a report ready to read. The time saved goes back into analysis.
The problem
A number without a source doesn't help you decide.
When reporting relies on exports copied by hand, everyone has their own version, and the time spent producing the report is no longer available to analyze it.
Things we hear a lot
Every Monday, someone rebuilds the same table.
Two files, two different totals.
We find a formula error after the report has gone out.
Management wants the month's figure, but it arrives on the 15th.
What we deliver
Four deliverables, in this order.
Indicators defined in writing
For each one: the formula, the source and the scope. That's what stops two people from computing two different figures.
Connected sources
Accounting, bank, invoicing, exports: data arrives by itself instead of being copied.
Automatic consolidation
With checks: when something doesn't add up, the tool flags it rather than producing a wrong figure.
A delivered report
PDF, dashboard or email, at the frequency you choose.
How it runs
Three steps, accurate figures before fast ones.
Defining the indicators
2 to 3 weeks
For each indicator: the formula, the source and the scope, written with the person who produces the report today. We list your sources: accounting, bank, invoicing, exports.
Build
6 to 12 weeks
We connect the sources and automate the consolidation, with discrepancy checks. We first reproduce your last two or three reports: if a figure differs, we find out why before going further.
Double run, then switchover
At the end of the build
For one cycle, the automatic report and the manual one run side by side. When they match, we stop the manual one. You can add an indicator yourselves.
If your indicators aren't defined yet, step 1 takes longer.
Before / after
What actually changes.
Typical cases
Where it helps.
A weekly cash position
A founder who wants to see their situation every week without asking anyone to prepare the file.
Several entities or accounts
An operations lead who consolidates several sources before being able to read a total.
A monthly report for your clients
A firm that sends the same report to each client, with their own figures.
Typical situations, not client references.
When not to call us
We'd rather tell you upfront.
Access is limited to what's strictly necessary, read-only when possible. We spell all of this out before connecting to anything.
No. It automates the formatting of reporting, not the bookkeeping or the preparation of accounts.
The checks flag the discrepancy instead of producing a wrong figure. Routine fixes are part of the handover or the support plan.
