Our story
Marie Chauvois has spent her whole career in tech. First in sales, where she learned to think in business terms rather than technical ones: understanding what a client is really looking for, before talking about a solution.
Then as an implementation engineer. She worked with companies that had just bought a piece of technology, with one simple mission: make it operational. She implemented and automated processes rather than selling them, with a Data Science & Machine Learning training alongside.
That dual background is the foundation of Elma Lab's method: we sit down with your teams and listen to a problem stated in business language:
